マンションリノベーション　専有面積：112.11㎡

100㎡を超える専有部を、ひとつながりの1ROOMとして再構成したリノベーション。
ご家族4人がそれぞれの居場所を持ちつつ、十分な収納を確保するため、ロフトや小上がりを用いて空間に高低差と奥行きをつくり出している。

同じ空間にいながらも、家族それぞれが時間を過ごせる距離感と、気配を共有する関係性を両立。団欒と個の時間を共存させる、大空間ならではの構成とした。

途中階という条件に加え、外壁面には十分な断熱材が施されており、既存のスペックとしても1ROOM化に耐えうる断熱性能を備えている。

設えは住まい手の趣味や感性を受け止める器としてシンプルに構成し、独立壁には鉄道ジオラマやヴィンテージ照明と親和性の高いブリックタイルを採用。趣味と空間をつなぐ要素として機能させている。

Apartment Renovation / Floor Area: 112.11㎡

This renovation reconfigures a 100㎡-plus apartment into a unified 1-room layout.
While the space is open, it ensures that each of the four family members has a defined place to spend time and store belongings. Lofts and raised platforms are used to introduce spatial variation and depth within the volume.

The plan balances a sense of shared presence with the ability for each person to enjoy their own time. It enables both connection and separation—a quality unique to large, open spaces.

Located on a middle floor and with exterior walls already equipped with sufficient insulation, the original thermal specifications were fully capable of supporting a comfortable 1-room environment.

The interior is kept intentionally simple to serve as a vessel for the resident’s interests.
A freestanding wall finished with brick tiles links visually and materially to personal elements like a detailed model train layout and vintage lighting fixtures—anchoring the resident’s hobbies within the spatial design.
