マンションリノベーション　専有面積　70.56㎡

約20年前に新築購入されたマンションの専有部を、終の住処としてフルリノベーション。
専有庭を有する一階の特性を活かし、玄関に入った瞬間に庭が視界に抜ける構成とした。
その視線の軸上に、ベンチ収納・下足入れ・TVキャビネットの機能を統合した黒いボリュームを設置。この“黒芯”が空間の重心として、
動線とプロポーションに静かな緊張を与えている。黒は過度に主張せず、壁・床・カーテンといった素材を内側から引き締める。
仕上げと機能を内包した黒芯が、空間の秩序を静かに支えている。

Apartment Renovation / Floor Area: 70.56㎡

This apartment unit, originally purchased new around 20 years ago, has been fully renovated as a final residence.
Taking advantage of its ground-floor location with a private garden, the layout was restructured so that the garden comes into view immediately upon entering.
Along that visual axis, a black volume integrating a Storage bench, shoe cabinet, and TV unit was placed.
This “Black Core” forms the spatial center, introducing a quiet tension to circulation and proportion.
Rather than asserting itself, the black element gently anchors the surrounding materials—walls, floors, and curtains—adding clarity and depth.
Containing both function and finish, the Black Core quietly supports the order of the entire space.
