築50年を超える集合住宅専有部の改修計画。

通常ネガティブに捉えられる、他世帯の配管が天井横断されている条件ではありましたが、

一つのインテリアの構成要素として潔く見せる方式とし、有事にはメンテナンスもできることを配慮した計画。

そして１番は、一部屋分の幅を有するスライド扉。

一枚扉にすることで、レールなどの構成金物を最小限として、ミニマムな佇まいに構築しました。

Renovation plan for the exclusive parts of a collective housing unit over 50 years old.

Although the condition of having other households’ piping crossing the ceiling is usually perceived negatively,

we opted for a bold approach, presenting it as a constituent element of the interior, while ensuring maintenance can be carried out in case of emergencies.

Moreover, the highlight is the sliding door spanning the width of one room.

By using a single door, we minimized the structural hardware such as rails, achieving a minimalistic appearance.
