087 黒軸/Dark Pivot/Sangubashi

宮脇檀によってかたちづくられた設計の骨格を継承しながら、空間に新たな秩序を与えるための最小限の編集を施した。
黒の質感が重心となり、回転する動きがその軸をかたちづくる──「黒軸」は、素材と構成の緊張感によって静かに立ち上がる。
玄昌石の床がもたらす重みと冷たさは、空間全体に静けさと密度をもたらし、踏みしめるたびに身体が場と呼応する。
視線と動線の交差点に置かれた回転扉は、構成に柔らかな可変性と動きを加え、空間に凛とした芯を通している。
既製品に頼らず職人の手で仕立てられた設えが、建築の骨格を引き立てながら、削ぎ落とすことで生まれる豊かさを静かに体現している。

Apartment Renovation: Exclusive Area 72.88 m²
While preserving the architectural framework shaped by Dan Miyawaki, the space was carefully re-edited with minimal intervention to establish a renewed sense of order.
A deep black material grounds the space, while a rotating motion defines its axis—Dark Pivot emerges quietly through the tension between material and structure.
The Gen-Shoseki slate flooring brings a dense stillness and tactile weight, creating a subtle dialogue between the body and the environment with every step.
At the intersection of sightlines and circulation, a pivot door introduces gentle flexibility and movement, threading a composed core through the space.
Crafted entirely by hand rather than relying on ready-made products, the built-in elements elevate the original framework and express a quiet richness born from restraint.
