ワンルームのビンテージマンションの改修設計。

収納を中央に配置する構成として、小上がり寝室、キッチン、リビングをぐるりと回遊できるワンルーム計画になります。

働き盛りの住まい手さんと対話を重ねて、一人暮らしに必要な要素を残し、仕事にライフワークに注力できるためのミニマムな住処を共作しました。

また賃貸での運用も視野に入れており、メンテナンスしやすい設えとしております。

Apartment Renovation, Floor Area: 35.41㎡

Renovation design for a vintage one-room apartment.

The layout features a central storage configuration, creating a one-room plan where a raised sleeping area, kitchen, and living space are seamlessly connected for easy movement.

Through dialogue with the active dwellers, we collaborated to create a minimalist dwelling that retains essential elements for solo living while allowing residents to focus on their work and life pursuits.

We also considered rental operation feasibility and incorporated easy-to-maintain fixtures.
