マンションリノベーション 専有面積 60㎡
築５０年を超える団地のお部屋1室を面積効率を可能な限り高めた空間に。
改修前は和室の寝室をフローリング張りのの子供部屋に更新。
限られた一部屋というスペースを最大限の空間利用をするために、ロフト造作を計画。
ロフトの上階は寝室、下階は勉強や制作活動など多目的に利用できる構成とした。
住まい手と対話を重ね、上階寝室はできる限り空間を大きく設定し中二階のような雰囲気に。
元々押し入れだった収納スペースにはドレッサースペースも計画。

Apartment Renovation: Exclusive area 60㎡
Transforming a room in a housing complex over 50 years old into a space with maximized area efficiency.
Before the renovation, the traditional Japanese tatami room was updated to a child’s room with hardwood flooring.
To make the most of the limited space of a single room, a loft was incorporated into the design.
The upper level of the loft serves as a bedroom, while the lower level can be used for studying or creative activities, creating a versatile layout.
Through dialogue with the residents, the upper-level bedroom was designed to feel as spacious as possible, resembling a loft-like atmosphere.
Additionally, a dresser space was planned in the originally existing storage closet.
