約20年前に新築購入されたマンションの専有部を終の住処としてフルリノベーションした空間になります。

住み主さんとの対話から、一階で専有庭を贅沢に有する特徴から、玄関に入ってからダイレクトにお庭が見える構成にたどり着きました。

長手に対する特徴付として、下足入れ、TVキャビネットを一連にした家具を１から設計しました。

木毛セメント板をポイントで採用し、異素材の構成美を追求した空間です。

Apartment Renovation – Floor Area: 70.56㎡

This is a full renovation of an apartment purchased new about 20 years ago, transforming it into a final residence.

Through discussions with the homeowner, we decided to leverage the unique feature of the ground floor with its spacious private garden, creating a layout where the garden is directly visible from the entrance.

To emphasize the longitudinal direction, we designed custom furniture from scratch that integrates a shoe cabinet and a TV cabinet.

We used wood wool cement board as a focal point, creating a space that pursues the aesthetic beauty of different materials.
