既存の躯体や設備を過度に覆い隠すのではなく、建築が本来持つ骨格や荒々しさを、空間の背景としてそのまま受け入れる。露出した天井、配管、構造の硬質な表情は、オフィスの機能を支える「躯」として存在し、その中に植栽や色彩、家具の柔らかな要素を重ねることで、働く場に自然な余白と呼吸を生み出した。無機質なスケルトンの中に緑が入り込むことで、空間は単なる執務のための場所ではなく、人が集まり、休み、思考し、会話するための居場所へと変化していく。人工と自然、硬さと柔らかさ、集中と解放がゆるやかに混ざり合う、都市の中の新しい職場環境である。

Rather than concealing the existing structure and building services, this project embraces the raw framework of the architecture as the background of the space. The exposed ceiling, ducts, pipes, and structural elements remain as a hard, functional skeleton, while plants, colors, and furniture are layered into the interior to introduce softness, openness, and a sense of breath.As greenery enters the inorganic shell, the office begins to transform from a purely functional workplace into a place for gathering, resting, thinking, and communicating. Artificial and natural elements, hardness and softness, concentration and release coexist in a calm balance, creating a new workplace landscape within the city.
