リノベーション・オブ・ザ・イヤー　2025 受賞

宮脇檀によってかたちづくられた設計の骨格を継承しながら、空間に新たな秩序を与えるための最小限の編集を施した。
黒の質感が重心となり、回転する動きがその軸をかたちづくる──「黒軸」は、素材と構成の緊張感によって静かに立ち上がる。
玄昌石の床がもたらす重みと冷たさは、空間全体に静けさと密度をもたらし、踏みしめるたびに身体が場と呼応する。
視線と動線の交差点に置かれた回転扉は、構成に柔らかな可変性と動きを加え、空間に凛とした芯を通している。
既製品に頼らず職人の手で仕立てられた設えが、建築の骨格を引き立てながら、削ぎ落とすことで生まれる豊かさを静かに体現している。

ABuilding on the structural framework shaped by Dan Miyawaki, the space is refined through minimal, purposeful edits that introduce a new sense of order.
A black, tactile axis grounds the room, its rotational movement forming a quiet core.
The cool weight of the slate floor adds density and stillness, engaging the body with each step.
A revolving door placed at the crossing of sightlines brings gentle motion and flexibility.
Handcrafted elements—not reliant on ready-mades—highlight the architecture and express a quiet richness born from restraint.
